MIchael Willems, P.E. , President

Michael Willems P.E. is the President of Brymax Mechanical.  

Michael has 20+ years of experience in the Design-Build HVAC Industry.  His focus has been on large Design-Build Commercial Projects where he can act as the Engineer of Record and the HVAC Subcontractor.  

Michael Willems, P.E. was a founding member of Critchfield Mechanical of Southern California, where it went from a one-person HVAC Division into a $55M/ year HVAC Subcontractor with over 300 people.  

Several of his key executives and field supervision are now Founding Members of BRYMAX Mechanical.  Michael is responsible for all aspects of the business from sales, engineering, construction, recruitment and retention of key employees.  

Michael has overseen the sales and operation of $300M+ of Design-Build / Design-Assist HVAC Subcontracts. Michael is a registered Mechanical Engineer with the State of California and received his Bachelors of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
