Tenant improvement experience

Tenant improvement and renovation projects have been consistent fields in which BRYMAX has set a standard for efficiency and excellence in the deign-build process and construction that goes into these particular projects and the difficulties and hurdles that may be encountered.

Second floor lab remodel with first floor fire rating upgrades. Installed (1) DOAS  unit, (39) Lab Valves, (41) VAV's, (5) Duct Silencers, (23) FSD's, (4) Fan Coils, (4) AC Units, (1) Humidifier, 28426 lbs. of Galvanized Duct work, and 17073 lbs. of stainless steel duct work.
