Our internship program is a hands-on, immersive experience designed to introduce students to the fast-paced world of design-build mechanical construction. As a women-owned small business, we take pride in developing the next generation of talent through meaningful, real-world work—not busy assignments. Interns contribute directly to active client projects while learning how engineering, pre-construction, and field operations come together to deliver successful outcomes.

Structured to provide broad exposure, the program rotates interns through our two core paths: engineering/preconstruction and operations. Interns collaborate with professionals across all levels of the company—from apprentices and field superintendents to project engineers and executives—gaining a full-spectrum understanding of our industry while discovering where their strengths and interests align.

The purpose of our program is twofold: to give interns a strong foundation in our trade while building lasting relationships. We view internships as a pathway to full-time careers, and we are proud that many of our interns return and ultimately join our team permanently. By the end of the program, participants leave with practical experience, industry knowledge, and confidence working in a professional environment—along with a clear sense of how they can grow within our company and the industry as a whole.
